The time will come when the heavenly trumpet is blown to announce that Judgement Day has arrived! And who do you think will be seated on the throne to judge all men? You know who He will be – Jesus Christ!
Whichever prophet or holy man you may honour, he will not be the one to judge the world. Only God has the right to judge. And Jesus Christ is God. You may rebel against this truth now. You may reject it now. But on the day of judgement, you will be forced to kneel and acknowledge Him as God.
A Christian is confronted with many difficulties in this life. He is tempted to sin. He is troubled by other beliefs. He may be attacked for his faith. The true Christian, however, will withstand all these difficulties. He will continue to follow Jesus Christ to the end. As he perseveres in the faith, God strengthens him and protects him. No forces of evil will be able to take away his faith in Jesus Christ. He takes comfort in the fact that God will put all things right on Judgement Day.
On that day, the dead will be raised and given new bodies. The righteous will be separated from the unrighteous. The unrighteous will be condemned to hell forever. The righteous will be taken to heaven with Jesus Christ. They will receive the crown of righteousness and rule with Jesus Christ over the new universe forever. There will be such rejoicing in heaven as never experienced before. Hallelujah! Praise God!
